Purple Math is my go-to site for struggling students. It walks you through difficult concepts in the simplest of terms and is very user-friendly. I highly, highly recommend it for times when you need just a little more explanation on a concept.
The Regents is the standardized test used in New York. Most state-level tests are based on it or the California CAT. This website will give you practice problems to work on and correct you when you get them wrong.
I found this site while browsing through a Google search. It contains practice problems and solutions for math up through geometry (including Algebra I and II).
