PAYMENT OPTIONS
The above document is the standard payment options for new students. I am very flexible about methods of payment and will even run a balance sheet for you. Above everything else, I want you to get the help you deserve regardless of your individual financial situation.
TUTORING CONTRACT
This is the contract that all new clients receive. Upon our first meeting, I will bring a printed copy with the applicable terms and information filled in for you to review, ask questions about, and, finally, sign. You will get to keep a copy and a copy will go into my records. As always, should you have any questions at any time, I invite you to call or email me.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
This is my cancellation policy which all new students receive. I will go over this in depth with you and then I will have you sign it, acknowledging that you have read it. If you have any questions or concerns, I invite you to voice them when we review the policy. These terms are not ironclad and can be amended (within reason) to our mutual satisfaction.
INITIAL ASSESSMENT FOR UPPER MATH
Due to the wide variety of backgrounds and I work with, I have constructed an initial assessment for new students of upper math classes to complete. This assessment deals with topics ranging from arithmetic through beginning Algebra II. Don't worry, the initial assessment is not graded. This is solely for my use so that I can quickly and more accurately assess your abilities and where you are having the most difficulty. Because this is not graded, I ask that you not refer to outside sources while completing your assessment.
The assessment can be completed prior to our first meeting and given to me in-person or emailed to april.n.oster@gmail.com
